ESP Guitars took away all the suspense regarding the lineup in their 40th anniversary-year by posting the new models on their website a couple of days ago and luckily for us they added quite a few interesting guitars to their 7- and 8-string-roster.

First of all there’s the limited LTD H7-2015 (limited to 200 worldwide) with a quilted maple top, ebony fretboard, EMG MetalWorks pickups, a see-thru black satin finish and luckily without anniversary-inlays or huge logos (remember 10 years ago?).

Apart from the anniversary-centered H7 we get to see the Javier Reyes signature 8-string in two versions. We already posted a picture of the beautiful JR-608QM. Apart from that you can also look forward to a cheaper JR-208 with EMGs and the new Andy James-signature, the AJ-7.

Now it get’s really interesting, because we can look forward to quite an array of baritone-scale guitars with various body-shapes in 2015. Fans of more extreme shapes – start to save some money, you will need it for the new V-407B.

Talking about body-shapes: 2015 will see the first LTD-versions of the FRX-body-shape. The FRX-407 will come in black and snow white.

Bassists will be delighted, that ESP Guitars added a new 5-string bass (the BB-1005QM) to their product-line.
