Ibanez sneakily introduced a new addition to the Iron Label-series – the (somewhat hard to pronounce) RGIX27FESM. Not only do they come with beautifully figured spalted maple tops in two color-options (“foggy stained black” & “foggy stained blue”) but also with 3-piece maple-bubinga-necks and a bound ebony-fretboard. With that specs I can even overlook the fact that the new Iron Labels again come with soapbar-sized EMGs.

IF these models ever make it to the EU I’m going to throw my wallet at Ibanez.
